  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic pepper
  • 2 pounds steaks or London Broil cut thin or tenderized
Mix soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and garlic pepper together in a Ziploc bag. Put the meat in the bag with the marinade and squeeze out the excess air. Seal, label and freeze.

Thaw meat at least overnight in your refrigerator.

Remove the meat from the bag, discarding the bag and the used marinade.

Grill the meat on a charcoal or gas grill to the desired doneness.
