Texas Barbecue Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Worchestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup tomato juice
Directions
Simmer for 15 minutes or until slightly thickened. Good on chicken, ribs, etc. Brush on meat during cooking or grilling.
