Baked Lemon Haddock Recipe

  • 2 pounds haddock fillets
  • 1 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 2 teaspoons lemon peel, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Cut fish into serving size pieces. Place in greased 11 x 7 baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over fish. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
