When reheating leftover pasta in the boiling water, be sure there is enough water to sufficiently cover the amount of pasta you are reheating, but you do not need as much water as when the pasta was originally cooked. Allow the pasta to boil for approximately 30 and then check to see if it is thoroughly heated. If not, continue to boil and check every 15 seconds until sufficiently heated, being careful to not overcook. Drain heated pasta and serve with butter, add it to a sauce or add it to another dish. To reheat in the microwave, place on a plate or in a dish that is microwave safe, cover with plastic wrap, leaving one corner open slightly to allow steam to escape. On medium power, heat the pasta for 1 minute. After one minute, check to see if it is warmed thoroughly, if not, heat in 15-second intervals until heated thoroughly. When heated, carefully remove the plastic wrap covering so that you are not exposed to escaping steam. Serve with butter or add to another dish. See
