Bake Stuffed Peppers in a Bundt Pan

Because the peppers set upright in the Bundt pan, it is a convenient way to transport them if you are taking them to a potluck or just to the backyard for a cookout. The Bundt pan also makes a nice holder for hollowed out peppers used to hold condiments at a picnic or barbecue.
