"This is a good basic chili recipe. I double the recipe and used 3 tablespoons of chili powder. I added 2 tsp cumin, 1-tbls parsley, 2 tsp oregano, 2 tsp Cajun seasoning and 2 tsp cayenne pepper"

"When we have a cool day during the summer I like to have chili. I have made this recipe before and added jalapenos. This time I just added extra chili powder. It was pretty good but I think I liked the jalapenos added too."

"Great basic chili recipe. I have to have celery in my chili, but that was the only change I made. Serve this with a bunch of toppers, like sour cream, green onions, jalapenos, corn chips and cheese and people can add whatever they want to it."

"This is a great way to enjoy your fresh tomatoes. We eat a lot of tomatoes on sandwiches and salads but this pie is a fun and different way to really enjoy them. If you like tomatoes you will love this recipe."
