"I used this device at a family member's home and was very impressed. It was stainless steel - so was very sturdy. After a while the palm of my hand became sore from pressing, but this instrument is very safe to use. Problem is I can't find a stainless steel version anywhere - they are aluminum and reviews say they break at the hinges."
