Salmon Packets

These foil-wrapped packets may be cooked in the oven or on the backyard grill. I make these salmon packets frequently and add different ingredients in place of the dill like teriyaki sauce, sour cream, salsa, bbq sauce--or any flavor you like.

Day 5

Thai Chicken or Turkey Balls

Delicious appetizer to serve to those who are a little adventurous. These aren't your average meatballs, but they are healthy and full of flavor. Suggested served with Indian Rice with Cashews and additional Thai Sweet Chili Sauce for dipping.

Shish Kabob

Any meat, especially lamb, will make these skewers delicious. The vegetables and meat are grilled to make them smoky and delicious.
