Hi, my name is Morgan and I'm a new member, I have a carbon steel Wok that had rust on it, so I scrubbed it down with steel wool as much as I possibly could and even after that it still had a rusty smell even when there was no visible oxidation, I heard that it's best to heat it over the stove top to dry all the water in it to prevent further rusting so I did, but it came out looking like this.

how many calories? can I cut back on cans of soup?
The recipe calls for 1/3 cup evaporated milk twice. In the ingredients. When you get down to the 2nd line it calls for 1/2 cup evaporated milk.
