Whole Wheat English Muffins Recipe - too thin
Whole Wheat English Muffins Recipe - too thin

I'm not much of a baker, but I tried this as a low carb bread alternative. I love the taste, but when split, the muffins are really too thin to toast. They're nice and thick when they finish rising, then they flatten out when I flip them to cook the second side. Any suggestions on how to cook them so they retain their thickness?
