Chongqing women are so great in cooking!

I was at Chongqing recently and omg the food there was awesome! Everyone who accommodated us were all women. From our tour guide, to our host for our airbnb. Everything was super fun but the one that really makes me want to come back is their food. Our host and tour guide know how to cook so well! We were all like a group of close friends during our trip. We all got really close with our tour guide and airbnb host. We spend most of our laughs and stories over the dining table where we would eat practically throughout the day. Definitely going back there soon! Highly recommend!

Has anyone dehydrated tomatoes before? I was wondering how to dry them. Do you just dry the tomatoes or do you have to season them or do anything special to them before you dry them? I have had them before and they are great to snack on.

I’ll be cooking a Peruvian dish for my grandparents this weekend and I need suggestions. This will be my first time cooking a Peruvian cuisine and I badly need your help on what to cook.
