Baking Rice

I’m always looking for recipes that are simple to cook because for me, something that might not seem too difficult for most people usually turns into a disaster for me. Cooking rice on the stove is among several such disasters. I’ve made rice only once before and I swore I’d never try it again because it turned into a great white ball of concrete, but when I saw the review for “Baked White Rice” submitted by “Love Food,” I was convinced that I should try it. Anything simple that I can stick in the oven and forget about until it’s time to eat is okay by me. Well, I tried it and it was great! As a result, I spent some time reviewing your articles on grains and I found several other good ideas for simple ways to cook rice (as well as many other grains). As I have commented here before, the Recipe Tips articles are the best!

Has anyone dehydrated tomatoes before? I was wondering how to dry them. Do you just dry the tomatoes or do you have to season them or do anything special to them before you dry them? I have had them before and they are great to snack on.
