New with pork safety question

Good morning. My name is Kim and I have a question about pork loin. I have 4 loins that we'd frozen in their original heavy plastic sealed wrappings, to later make for a party tomorrow. They were put out on the counter last night to thaw. Well, you guessed it, they were left out overnight! I am frantic...the house was not warm and they were all still cold/cool to the touch, nothing was at room temp. Are these things still safe to use???? Thanks so much.

Cooking Oils


Aren't Olive, Canola, Sunflower, etc., all different kinds of "vegetable" oils? My daughter has a recipe that calls for "vegetable oil" and is concerned that the oils we have in the cupboard (above) are unacceptable.

Dehydrated Tomatoes


Has anyone dehydrated tomatoes before? I was wondering how to dry them. Do you just dry the tomatoes or do you have to season them or do anything special to them before you dry them? I have had them before and they are great to snack on.
