Baked Chicken 9 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 Boneless chicken breasts
  • 6 potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 1/2 pound carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1 can Campbells Cream of Chicken Soup
  • water
Directions
Place chicken, potatoes, and carrots in baking dish. Mix sup with water and pour over ingredients. Cover dish with foil.

Bake at 325-350° for 2-3 hours or until chicken an potatoes are done. Soup cooks down to make a sauce or gravy.

This recipe can serve 3-3 people or larger groups (like church fellowships).

For 10-15 people: 2-4 lbs chicken tenders

5-10 lbs potatoes

1-2 lbs baby carrots

1-2 cans family size cream of chicken soup

2-3 cans of water to dilute soup

Cover ingredients with soup mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 2-3 hours.
