Ingredients
1 boboli pizza crust or home made pizza crust
5 ounces pesto sauce
4 pears - favorite variety, thinly sliced, peeled or unpeeled
1/2 pound provolone cheese, shredded May also use gorgonzola or smoked gouda

Spread pesto sauce over pizza crust. Place sliced pears over pesto in a single layer. Sprinkle cheese over the top of the pears.
Bake at 350° F. until cheese bubbles and browns slightly (approximately 15-20 minutes).
Serve warm.
Can also be grilled for approximately 10 minutes, if desired.
