Slow Cooker Easy Scalloped Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package frozen shredded hash browns
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 ounce can Carnation evaporated milk
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Spray crock pot with cooking spray. Mix hash browns, butter, onion, evaporated milk and salt. Pour into crock pot. Cook on high for 1 1/2 hours. After 1 hour, garnish top with Cheddar cheese.
