Baked Fried Chicken Legs Recipe

  • 8 chicken legs
  • seasoned salt
  • black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons butter

Preheat oven to 400°.

Remove skin from chicken, if desired.

Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and paprika. Place chicken in a shallow baking pan. Dot with butter.

Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, remove foil. Increase temperature to 425°. Bake 30 minutes longer or until cooked through.

"Such a simple recipe yet so delicious. I always remove the skin because it never seems to get done and when it's removed, the exterior meat kindof creates it's own "skin" when baked. Perfect for my daughter's birthday."
