  • 1 package Romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1 rotisserie chicken, diced
  • 1 Gala apple, diced
  • 1/2 red onion , diced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese , crumbled
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 cup Thousand Island dressing

  • Toss all ingredients together and serve immediately with a crusty French bread or Portuguese rolls.

"Good salad. I'm not a fan of Thousand Island dressing so I used Italian and instead of Feta cheese used Goat cheese. Perfect for a light supper."
