Lemon Dill Chicken that has a nice kick and is easy to make.

Ingredients
  • 1 piece heavy duty aluminum foil
  • 1 can vegetable oil
  • 1 package skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped dill weed
  • 4 slices Vidalia onion
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
Directions
Directions go for 3 chicken breasts per 16 inch square of aluminum foil. The foil is sprayed with a layer of vegetable oil and the chicken breasts are placed onto the foil. The chicken is then seasoned with the paprika and garlic. The onion slices are arranged on top of the chicken breasts and topped with the dill. The lemon juice is then poured over the top making sure to spread evenly. The foil is carefully closed and placed on the grill until the chicken is done.
