Ingredients
  • 3 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • Soul seasoning (optional)
  • 1 jar chunky Pace salsa (large jar)
  • 1 box Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 package tortilla chips
Directions
  • Using a large skillet, brown ground beef.
  • After it is half way cooked, put in finely chopped onions. I use a seasoning called "Soul seasoning" for a little extra spice flavor. Once the meat is fully cooked, drain the grease from it and put it in your Crockpot on low heat.
  • Stir in salsa and cheese cubes; stirring occasionally.
  • Get some tortilla chips and enjoy!
