  • 4 cucumbers, chilled and peeled
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 8 drops Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced

Cut cucumbers in half lengthwise and scrape out all seeds.

In small bowl, combine feta, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce and parsley until smooth.

Fill cucumbers with cheese mixture. Sprinkle with parsley and chill.

Cut into bite size pieces before serving.
