Easy Oven Beef Stew Recipe

  • 2 pounds beef stew meat
  • 1 onion, sliced (medium)
  • 6 stalks celery, cut up
  • 6 carrots, cut up
  • 3 potatoes, cut up (medium)
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Accent
  • 3 tablespoons quick cooking tapioca
  • 1 1/2 cups tomato juice
Mix beef and vegetables in a 13X9 pan. Blend remaining ingredients and pour over beef. Cover with foil and bake at 250° for 4 hours until tender.
