  • 1 1/2 cups onion, chopped
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • salt and pepper, to taste

1 hr 10 mins
Brown ground beef and onion; drain.

Add remainder of ingredients and simmer for at least 1 hour.
