Baked Round Steak Recipe

  • 1 full slice boneless round steak
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 onion (medium)
Place 1 full slice of boneless round steak, cut 1/2 inch thick on a sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil. Season with salt and pepper after you have scored the fat around the edge. Slice 1 medium onion and arrange slices to cover the steak. Wrap in the foil sealing tightly so the juice does not seep through. Place on large cookie or baking sheet and bake for 1 1/2 hrs. at 375°. Serves 5 adults.
