Brisket 5 Recipe

  • 8 pounds brisket (trimmed)
  • 1 package onion soup mix (dry)
  • 1 bottle BBQ sauce
Line a roasting size pan with foil. Put in the brisket and sprinkle over it the dry onion soup. Wrap foil around brisket.

Bake at 250° until done, approximately 8 - 10 hours .

When done, open the foil, pour on desired amount of BBQ sauce and heat.

- You can put the brisket on to cook at bedtime and let it cook all night.
