Chicken Taco Pie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 Chicken or 6 chicken breasts, cooked and deboned
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Ro-tel tomatoes and green chilies
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 package cheese flavored Doritos (Large pkg)
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
Directions
Spray casserole dish with Pam. Cover bottom with 1/2 package Doritos. Mix soups, onion and Ro-tel tomatoes. Add chicken. Mix well. Pour over Doritos. Cover with remaining Doritos. Top with cheese. Pour 1/2 cup broth over top. Cook 30 minutes in 350° oven.
