Quick Herbed Chicken Saute Recipe

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil leaves
Combine lemon juice, olive oil and water in a small bowl. Add onion powder, basil and black pepper. Spoon 1/2 mixture over boneless chicken breasts. Sauté in nonstick skillet over medium heat until lightly browned. Spoon remaining mixture over chicken breasts, turn, and continue cooking until browned and thoroughly cooked, about 5 more minutes. Makes 4 servings. Serve with stuffing mix, salad and/or vegetable for a quick meal.
