Round Steak 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 round steak (large)
  • salt and pepper to season
  • oil
  • flour
Directions
When buying the steak get it tenderized at the meat department. Cut meat into serving size pieces and trim away fat. Season with salt and pepper and roll in flour. Wait one minute and roll again. Brown all pieces in skillet with hot oil. Place small amount of water in pressure cooker and add browned meat. Pour off excess fat from skillet, add hot water to the skillet and boil. Pour this over the meat. Cover meat completely with water. Pressure cook at 15 lb. for 12-15 minutes. Gravy will thicken when it stands a while. Quick cook ahead dish before going to church. Just reheat to eat.
