Ham Dollar Buns Recipe

  • 2 dozen buns
  • 1/2 pound Swiss cheese
  • 1 pound deli ham
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Mustard
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Poppy Seeds
In 2 9x13 pans place the bottom of the buns in the pan. Layer with meat and cheese, place tops of buns on. Melt butter, worcestershire sauce, mustard, brown sugar and poppy seeds. Pour 1/2 mixture over 1 pan, the remaining mixture over the other pan. Cover with foil and marinate overnight. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes. Take foil off and bake an additional 5 minutes.
