Ingredients
2 jars each marinated artichoke hearts (6 ounce jars)
1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained (10 ounce pkg)
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Drain and coarsely chop artichoke hearts. Mix artichoke hearts with remaining ingredients in a bowl. Bake in a small casserole dish for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through. Serve with fresh vegetables or crackers.
