Pistachio Dessert Supreme Recipe

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup pecans, crushed (divided)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces whipped topping (divided)
  • 1 pistachio instant pudding (large)
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
In 9x13 inch pan, mix and pat margarine, flour and 3/4 cup nuts.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.

Mix sugar, cream cheese and 1 cup whipped topping; spread over crust and chill until cool.

Blend pudding and milk; spread over cooled pan mixture.

Cover with the remaining whipped topping and sprinkle with remaining nuts.
