Grape Swirl Kuchen Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup grape preserves
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Cut margarine into Bisquick until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Add sugar, egg, milk and vanilla; mix thoroughly.

Spread in greased 8-inch square pan.

Dot preserves on top of mixture. Draw knife through batter and preserves to swirl.

Sprinkle nuts over top.

Bake at 400° for 25-30 minutes.
