Pumpkin Pie 63 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 unbaked pie shell (9 inch )
  • 2 cups pumpkin (1 16 ounce can)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix ingredients together and pour into pie shell. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce temp to 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean. Allow to cool.
