Quick Tapioca Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons tapioca
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg,beaten
  • 2 3/4 cups milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Mix tapioca,sugar,salt, egg and milk in pan. Let stand 5 mins., then bring to a full boil(2-3 mins.), stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Stir once after 20 mins. Serve warm or chilled.
