Fresh Apple cake 61 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 cups diced fresh apples
Directions
Combine all ingredients, except apples, and mix well. Stir in apples. Pour into baking pan. You can use a Bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 40 - 45 minutes.
