Strawberry Cake 34 Recipe

Ingredients
  • Cake
  • 1 box strawberry cake mix
  • 1 package strawberry jello
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 Eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup mashed frozen strawberries with juice
  • Strawberry Frosting
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 ounce pkg)
  • 1 pound confectioners sugar
  • 1/4 cup mashed frozen strawberries with juice
Directions
Combine cake mix and jello. Beat in oil, eggs, water and strawberries with juice. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes. Cool and frost.

Frosting:

Combine all ingredients together and mix with a hand mixer and frost.
