MELODY CAKE Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 box butter cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, undrained (small can)
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • FROSTING:
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, undrained (20 oz can)
  • 1 package instant pudding
  • 1 cup Coconut
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip
Directions
Beat cake mix, eggs, mandarine oranges and oil until pieces of oranges are broken up. Bake in 3 greased and floured pans at 350° for 20-25 minutes. Cool.

For Frosting, beat undrained pineapple, pudding, coconut and cool whip. Frost cooled cake and refrigerate.
