Ingredients
1 box spice cake
1 can pumpkin pie mix (30 ounce can)
1 box vanilla pudding (3.4 ounce box)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon sour cream
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup brown sugar
Directions
Mix cake mix, pumpkin, pudding and vanilla. add sour cream, eggs, oil and spice. Once combined, scoop large scoops into lined cupcake cups. Sprinkle each one with brown sugar and bake at 350° in a preheated oven for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
