  • 1 1/2 pounds cubed stew meat
  • 4 med potatoes cubed
  • 1 1/2 cups diced carrots
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 sliced onion
  • salt/pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Minute tapioca
  • 2 cups tomato juice

  • Mix all ingredients (raw).
  • Bake covered for 5 hours at 250 degrees.
