Taco Casserole Recipe

A Mexican inspired dish that the kids will love. Full of the flavors of tacos but wrapped up in a flaky crust.

  • 8 ounces refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cups tortilla chips, crushed
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
Container:9 x 9 baking pan

  • Brown ground beef and drain.
  • Add taco seasoning and water, simmer 5 minutes.
  • Place crescent roll dough in a 9x9 pan to form crust.
  • Sprinkle 1/2 of the chips on dough, all of meat mixture, then sour cream.
  • Top with cheese and the remaining chips.
  • Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes. can serve with lettuce, tomato, salsa, etc.
