Pineapple Drop Cookies 10 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg or 2 egg whites
  • 3/4 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • dash salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon soda
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Mix together by creaming shortening, brown sugar, sugar, egg, add pineapple,stir and add the rest. Drop by teaspoon fulls on cookie sheet. Bake at 375°F for 12 - 15 min
