Coconut Creme Fudge Recipe

  • 1 package white chocolate chips (12 ounce bag)
  • 1 package flaked coconut (6 ounce bag)
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon coconut flavoring
  • 1 jar marshmallow creme (7 ounce jar)
In large pot over medium heat, cook and stir butter, sugar and milk. Bring to boil and boil for 5 minutes or until candy thermometer reads 230°. Remove from heat. Add marshmallow creme and white chips. Stir until well blended and chips are melted. Add in coconut and coconut flavoring. Mix well. Pour into greased or sprayed 9" x 9" baking dish. Cool completely, then chill until firm.
