Golden M & M Bars Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup vanilla chips
  • 1 3/4 cups plain M & M's candies
Container:9- x 13-inch baking pan
Directions
COOK
30 mins
  • Cream margarine, sugar, and brown sugar.
  • Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
  • Add the dry ingredients gradually.
  • Stir in the vanilla chips and 1 cup of the M&M's.
  • Pour into greased 9- x 13-inch pan and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle with remaining M&M's and bake at 350ºF for 25-30 minutes.
