Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Bars Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package chocolate chip cookie dough (pre-made)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
Container:8- x 8-inch baking pan
Directions

  • Spread half of the chocolate chip cookie dough in an 8- x 8-inch baking pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, egg, and sugar until well blended. Spread this mixture over the cookie dough layer.
  • Drop the remaining cookie dough evenly over the cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes or until the cookie topping turns golden.
  • Cool; then cut into bars and serve.
