Butterscotch Rice Krispie Bars Recipe

Ingredients
6 ounces butterscotch chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
4 cups Rice Krispies
1 tablespoon water
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
6 ounces chocolate chips
2 tablespoons soft margarine
Directions

Melt the butterscotch chips with the peanut butter.
Add the Rice Krispies and stir well.
Press half the mixture into an 8 x 8 x 2 buttered pan. Chill.
Combine chocolate chips, water, powdered sugar, and butter. Melt in the microwave. Stir occasionally. Make sure the ingredients are well mixed, but don't over do it.
Spread over the chilled mixture. Spread the remaining Rice Krispies mixture on top. Press in gently. Chill before serving.
