Ingredients
1 cup butter
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 1/4 cups flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup raspberry jam
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
3/4 cup seedless raisins
Directions
With electric mixer, beat butter and cream cheese until combined. Add flour. Beat until a smooth dough. Divide into 3 pieces, refrigerate for 2 hours. Heat oven to 350°. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Take out 1 piece of dough. Roll out dough on a floured surface to 10 X 16. Spread with 1/4 C. jam. Sprinkle 1/4 C. nuts and raisins. Roll from long edge. Do the same for the other pieces of dough. Cut each log into 10 -14 pieces. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
