Grandmas Chocolate Zucchini Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 3/4 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 cups zucchini - grated
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk sour cream or buttermilk
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • Mix everything together.
  • Bake in a 9 x 13 pan at 325° F for 50 minutes.
  • Before baking top with chocolate chips.
