Chocolate Sour Cream Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 pieces unsweetened chocolate baking squares
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 cup water - boiling

  • Add butter to chocolate and melt then cream together.
  • Then add brown sugar and eggs mix together.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Be sure to add boiling water last.
  • Bake at 350° F for 35 to 40 minutes.
