Salsa Rueben Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 3 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
  • salt and pepper - to taste
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 ounces corned beef - chopped
  • 1/2 cup sauerkraut - rinsed and chopped
  • cilantro - for garnish

  • Preheat oven 350 degrees.
  • In large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, salsa.
  • Beat; add rest of ingredients.
  • Beat, spoon in baking dish.
  • Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
