Reuben Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese - grated
  • 1 cup sauerkraut - drained
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons brown mustard - spicy
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons onion - minced
  • 8 ounces cream cheese - cubed
  • 8 ounces corned beef - chopped

  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in covered glass dish.
  • Uncover and bake an additional 5 - 10 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve with crackers.
